Alhamdulillah, kenyang sudah..ni saki baki lulian yg lebih buat eskrem aritu...sebelum die masam dlm esbok, kena la di transformkan...layannn

Ingredients:
3 cups of durian
1 cup thick coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar/brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups water
2 pandan leaves
1 cup thick coconut milk

Method:
Mix all ingredients in a pot. Simmer, stirring occasionally until gravy is slightly thickened. Remove from heat and serves hot or cold with cream cracker, bread, glutinous rice or roti jala :)
