lepas kite melabu...kite mengapam laks....huiksss dasyat tak selera anak tekak aku...dlm umah ni b2 je...tp nafsu melantak bagaikan ada 10 org...hehehheee...disebabkan itu jadi la apam salju...

jadinye, aku pon tayang gak laaa..hahahaaaa...bab apam dlm umah ni, aku sorang je yg berhantu (segala bende aku yg hantu) apa salah apam ni pon aku tak tahu...kalau ada en somi pon, palaing banyak die makan 2/3 ketul je....selebihnya???? ana yg punya hahahhahahhaaa
Ingredients :
2 mugs cooked rice
2 mugs flour
2 mugs rice flour
1 mug brown sugar
3/4 mug white sugar
2 1/2 mugs water
6g instant dry yeast
grated coconut with a bit of salt
Method :
1. Blend the cooked rice with water till fine
2. Add in sugar and continue blending.
3. In a plastic container, mix flour, rice flour and instant yeast.
4. Pour the liquid into the mixed flour and mix well.
5. Leave to prove for 3 hours.
6. Pour into the plastic cups till full and steam for about 15 minutes.
7. Serve with grated coconut and a bit salt
Note :
You can also use cane sugar or jaggeri instead of brown sugar.

ni la nasib kalau pakai acuan puteri ayu buat apam....troubleshooting jadi nye...hadap gamba apam dpt bekas je la...tak dpt nak tunjuk warna warni apam...
