Lemon Chicken

monday kan mmg bawa wabak malas yg melampau...aku yg tak kua bekerja ni pon ada rasa malasss...kui kui kui...pagi tadi aku buat kuih ketayap, aishhh malas nak pose kat blog sebab ehmmmm paham2 sendirik la eh...(tak lawoo rupe kuih tu, kalau jual alamatnya bukan tak cukup, org pon tak mo beli...hehhehehee) resipi asal dr blog AlongRoz...aku pon baru je kenal2 dgn die ni...best gak resipi die aku sukeeeeee...kak hana pon ada gak buat ni...tgk gambo dieorg pon dah rasa sedap...nikan plak aku yg buatttt hahhahhaaaa...kompon sedap gakkk ecehh



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 whole Chicken Breast - chopped to small pieces
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 1 tbsp Plain Flour
  • Custard Flour - for coating
  • Salt
METHOD
  • 1Mix all ingredients except custard flour.
  • Heat up oil for deep frying.
  • Roll battered chicken into custard flour & deep fry until golden.
  • Dish up.
SAUCE
  • 1/2 Lemon - squeeze juice & slice the rind*
  • (note: only used 1/4 lemon for rind. Remove the white part which has bitter taste.)
  • 1 cup Water*
  • 1 tbsp Custard Flour*
  • Honey, Sugar & Salt* (* mixed)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
METHOD
  • Melt butter & add in * mixture.
  • Boil until translucent.
  • Pour on top of fried chicken.
  • Serve hot.
